Exequiel & Cedric

Hey there, nice to meet you

Cedric and Exequiel here, and we are the founders of Zappyo. We started this amazing journey together with the hopes of spreading happiness and positive energy around the world.

Firstly, we want to thank you for being part of this adventure with us. We are very excited to share our delicious blends of Yerba Mate with you and we hope to inspire everyone around us to join the Zappyo movement and spread positivity everywhere they go.

Zappyo started one summer night in 2020 when two ideas collided. Stuck in lockdown during the Covid-19 pandemic, we wanted to find a way to do our part and spread happiness to a world that desperately needed it.

I wanted to create a positive and colourful social media account to brighten up people’s days. Because of the pandemic, I was laid off from my 10 year job at Cirque Du Soleil. I was devastated but this project became a way for me to stay creative. I could no longer perform on stage, but I was determined to entertain and bring joy to the world in new ways.

Growing up in Argentina, Yerba-Mate was always a big part of my everyday life. In fact, it is so much more than just a drink. It represent positive moments, family and union. I’ve always wanted to find a way to introduce this incredible caffeinated leaf, full of health benefits to the world outside of South America. I think so many people will fall in love with Yerba-Mate and I can’t wait to share this part of my culture with the rest of the world.

By combining these two ideas Zappyo was born. At Zappyo we offer incredible and tasty blends of Yerba Mate. We are committed to providing the healthiest alternatives to coffee and energy drinks. Each of our Zaps are rich in nutrients, antioxidants and caffeine giving you the same power of coffee with all of the health benefits of tea. Our company is built on pure creativity where the sky is the limit. We want to offer more than a product. We have created a movement to inspire change, in the hopes that everyone around us will spread love and positive energy.
